Top member of Gov. Murphy’s team set to leave

The top lawyer in Gov. Phil Murphy’s administration — and one of the longest-serving aides in Murphy’s orbit — is set to depart after four years.
Parimal Garg, the Democratic governor’s chief counsel, will step down next month to become a partner in a politically connected law firm, the administration announced Monday.
